Maple Turmeric Dressing

The ultimate creamy, anti-inflammatory dressing with notes of maple and lemon for your salads and nourish bowls.

This Maple Turmeric dressing is easy, keeps well in the fridge and tastes like heaven. It’s made with cashews (soaked overnight), maple syrup, lemon juice, salt, pepper and turmeric.

Fresh or ground turmeric will both work in this recipe. I used ground turmeric but if I had some fresh pieces laying around I’d definitely use them instead. Be sure to not forget the black pepper, as in combination with turmeric, it helps activate curcumin, the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant property in turmeric.


Maple Turmeric Dressing



1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp turmeric, fresh or ground

1 tbsp lemon juice

2-3 tbsp water

1/4 cup cashews, soaked

1/8 tsp salt

pepper to taste


Soak cashews overnight. Blend all ingredients in a blender. Add 1-2 tbsp of water to thin. Keep fresh in the fridge for 5-7 days.
