Bircher Mueseli

Bircher Muesli, the quick, on-the-go, hearty breakfast savior! 

Make this before you go to bed, so in the morning you can grab it and go. It makes my mornings so much easier and I'm able to sit down with a breakfast that will fill me up and concentrate on the rest of the day.

A protein packed bowl with 29 grams of protein, plenty of gut-loving fiber and plant-based omegas from the seeds and nuts.


3/4 cup dry old fashioned oats 

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp sunflower seeds

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

1 tbsp sultanas, or golden raisins

1/2 apple, chopped

1 banana, mashed

3/4 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup orange juice

optional: zest of 1 lemon, 1 tsp beetroot powder 


Mash banana, then add the rest of your ingredients. Stir well, cover and place in fridge overnight.
Top with berries, apple, passionfruit, chia seeds and cinnamon!
